Roving role, supporting Sales Teams in the various Dealerships

Our client is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to fuel their business expansion by leveraging digital channels and optimizing their lead generation strategies. If you’re ready to take your marketing skills to the next level and make a significant impact, this role is for you!

POSITION INFO : Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation :

  1. Develop and implement initiatives using digital channels to generate new leads.
  2. Manage the Google Ads account, either through collaboration with an agency or by executing campaigns independently.
  3. Create and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook.
  4. Optimize and experiment with new marketplaces such as Auto Trader and Cars.co.za for lead generation.
  5. Test and evaluate additional channels for generating leads.
  6. Utilize in-house data for data mining to identify and deliver high-quality leads for sales outreach, vehicle launches, and other events.
  7. Create and manage email campaigns targeting older leads, providing relevant content to keep them engaged.
  8. Automate the lead process to ensure that leads are directed to the appropriate person in real-time.

Collaborate with Sales :

  1. Work closely with the sales teams to improve lead supply and quality.
  2. Schedule monthly meetings and maintain ongoing communication with the sales team.
  3. Report test results and campaign performance, including key KPIs, to Sales Managers and other stakeholders.

Build the Brand Digitally :

  1. Enhance the brand’s digital presence by regularly posting updates on Facebook, including content from our marketing agency.
  2. Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns.
  3. Oversee our client’s website, conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates, and ensure the site is optimized for lead generation.
  4. Manage incoming communications from leads and customers on our social media channels.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's or Post Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  2. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  3. Expertise in data analytics, with the ability to interpret and leverage insights
  4. Proficiency in various channels
  5. Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  7. Experience with Google AdWords, campaign development, and design aesthetics
  8. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
