The incumbent will implement and maintain the highest standard of Restaurant Operations in respect of the technical detail, product quality, standard of hygiene, service image projected, financial and administration, and customer relations. This is a “Hands On” position requiring daily operational inputs and involvement with the restaurants and the group Head Office.
