A company specializing in the sale of new and used vehicles is looking for a dedicated and professional Group Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing, digital, and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management, ensuring continuous market competitiveness and achieving impactful results.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
Membership in the Digital Marketing Association SA (DMASA) or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing management role with a strong track record in brand growth and ROI
Expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation
Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, CRM software, and web management
Excellent people management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Budget Management: Develop and execute annual marketing, brand, and communication strategies. Oversee budgeting, market research, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Digital Marketing & SEO: Manage SEO, website content, and digital platforms to optimize engagement and online visibility. Oversee social media SEO, link-building strategies, and online analytics.
Paid Advertising & Lead Management: Implement and monitor paid campaigns across digital platforms. Manage relationships with advertising partners, optimize lead generation, and oversee remarketing strategies to drive conversions.
Brand & Community Engagement: Maintain brand consistency, enforce social media policies, and drive customer engagement through activations, reviews, and targeted brand strategies.
Customer Retention & Loyalty: Develop retention strategies, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with sales and aftersales teams.
Team Leadership & Development: Set and monitor KPIs, drive team performance, and implement strategies for staff growth and accountability.
