Responsible for developing and implementing HR Operations strategies and compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role ensures that all HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, are aligned with the organization’s objectives. Additionally, the manager oversees the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages to maintain market competitiveness and compliance with legal standards.
Critical Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 total years’ experience in all HRM aspects
At least 5 years’ experience in HR Management at senior management level
10+ years Total Rewards Management
Multinational experience is a plus, particularly in Africa
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organisational development, employee relations, and transformation.
Experience in driving HR transformation initiatives e.g. HR systems implementation, organisational restructures etc.
Experience in HR reporting and analytics.
Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and application of policies, frameworks, and strategy.
Proficient in MS Office
Education:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate will be an added advantage
