Our client is a specialist in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software solutions, delivering cutting-edge platforms to help organizations enhance risk management processes and ensure compliance with global standards. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GRC Solutions Specialist with expertise in Risk Management, a thorough understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory compliance, and the ability to excel in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering exceptional results. A customer-centric approach is essential, with the ability to exceed customer expectations and build strong, lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence and accuracy in all aspects of their work.

Salary: R60 000 – R75 000 CTC.

Workplace: Hybrid, In office and at client sites as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Risk Manager or Risk Officer role.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Willing to travel into Africa as required.
• Must be comfortable in a hybrid, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
• Experience with risk management software such as CURA, ACL, BarnOwl, or ISOMETRIX.
• Experience in training and facilitation. (Preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and customize GRC software, designing workflows, dashboards, and risk registers that meet their specific needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, thoroughly understanding their GRC objectives and aligning software solutions to achieve optimal results.
• Conduct detailed training sessions to equip clients with the skills to effectively use the software, while providing ongoing guidance to enhance user experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed dashboards, reports, and KPIs to offer real-time visibility into risk management processes and ensure accurate data analysis.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on enhancements, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Keep comprehensive, well-organized documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes to promote transparency and accountability.
• Ensure GRC software solutions are configured to comply with established frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and COSO, supporting clients’ risk management objectives.
