Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator

Pineapple Cosmetics, an exclusive cosmetic range from Turkey, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for digital marketing and design to join our dynamic team in Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design labels, social media content, blogs, website visuals, and email campaigns (including text, images, and videos).
2. Coordinate and manage social media channels, creating engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
3. Utilize paid media channels, including Google Ads and Social Ads, to drive brand awareness and sales.
4. Manage our online product catalogue across our website and various marketplaces, ensuring product listings are optimized, accurate, and consistent (experience essential).
5. Create simple graphics and visual content using design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for digital marketing purposes.
6. Assist with admin duties, including updating and maintaining website content, bulk email campaigns, and basic office tasks such as filing, statements, and managing debtors and creditors.

Qualifications:

1. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
2. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Knowledge of various social media platforms and paid media channels.
4. Experience in creating digital content and optimizing online product listings.
5. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Matric – Grade 12 (Tertiary education in a related field will be an advantage).
7. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
