Insurance concern is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

DESIGN AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT

  • Managing and executing tasks from design briefs to production
  • Creating cohesive and innovative designs to support marketing strategies and brand consistency
  • Bringing the brand to life across multiple marketing touchpoints, including print, digital, and experiential platforms
  • Ensuring all creative work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives

MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualise and develop integrated campaigns (including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising)
  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing materials for events, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Creating multimedia content (videos, infographics, animations) in line with marketing goals

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Assuring the quality and accuracy of designs before distribution
  • Managing multiple creative projects and ensuring timely delivery
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve results

CONTENT CREATION

  • Designing and developing multimedia content to support marketing initiatives
  • Assisting with basic content creation and editing for social media and digital platforms
  • Writing compelling copy for marketing materials as needed

COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Event Coordinators, to align creative outputs with marketing strategies
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance brand awareness and market presence
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating innovative techniques into marketing efforts

ADMINISTRATIVE AND ANALYTICS SUPPORT

  • Maintaining an organised library of marketing assets and templates
  • Supporting marketing team members with design and analytical tools for tracking campaign success
  • Preparing presentations and reports to communicate creative

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in graphic design within a corporate business or creative agency environment
  • Experience in working within the Financial Services Industry is advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Microsoft skills (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Must be well-rounded in Creative Cloud (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat)
  • Strong web design and development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
