Graphic Designer

We are on the hunt for someone who's passionate about design, thrives under pressure, and can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that represents leading gaming and tech brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging & Print: Work with die cuts, create packaging artwork, and ensure files are correctly prepared for print. Prepare designs for various print processes, including colour separation and finishes.
2. Digital Creativity: Develop innovative visual assets aligned with brand and project objectives. Design Mailchimp campaigns and PDF mailers for our sales team. Conceptualise and create social media posts for multiple brands, ensuring designs stay true to each brand's identity. Understanding website layout design, including creating banners and content for websites. Resize and optimize images for e-commerce listings and digital platforms.
3. Product Presentation & Mock-ups: Create polished product mock-ups and presentations for new launches. Collaborate on catalogues, flyers, and other promotional materials to elevate our marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
2. A portfolio of previous work will be required.
3. At least two years of experience in graphic design.
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more).
5. Experience in After Effects will be beneficial but not mandatory.
6. Strong understanding of die cuts, print preparation, and design for various media.
7. Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
8. Strong attention to details that make designs stand out.
9. Bring fresh ideas to the table and think on your feet to tackle design challenges.
10. Effective communication skills, able to take feedback constructively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
