As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing materials across digital, retail, and print media. Your work will strengthen the brand identity, elevate online presence, and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Website & Email Marketing Support
Optimise and resize graphics for the website using WordPress, ensuring banners, product visuals, and digital assets are fresh and high-quality.
Design and execute visually engaging email campaigns, incorporating animations and interactive elements.
Digital Content Creation
Create eye-catching graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and website assets.
Regularly design seasonal catalogues, category catalogues, Look Books, and New Arrivals.
Optimise and resize graphics for Google Ads, social media emailers, and advertising materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Retail Branding & Print Media
Develop and design in-store branding materials, including signage, price tickets, promotional materials, and POS displays.
Oversee the design and production of print media, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and visually impactful materials.
Conceptualise launches and in-store campaigns, bringing innovative branding ideas to life.
AI Innovation in Design
Stay up to date with AI-driven design trends and explore new technologies to enhance creative processes.
Integrate AI for content automation, image enhancement, and personalised marketing assets.
Continuously experiment with innovative design solutions to elevate our digital and retail presence.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the team to ensure all creative assets align with the brand identity and marketing strategy.
Effectively manage multiple projects while prioritising tight deadlines.
Embrace feedback, contribute fresh ideas, and adapt to new challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Skills & Competencies
Graphic design expertise - A strong portfolio is required.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Creativity & innovation - Ability to think outside the box, stay updated with design trends, and bring fresh ideas.
Time management - Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate, with an openness to constructive feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience in graphic design within high-end retail, furniture, or design industries.
Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software is an advantage.
Experience with Klaviyo or similar B2C CRM and marketing platforms is highly desirable.
Strong email and multimedia design skills, with a background in signage branding.
Experience with photography is a plus for knowledge purposes (the client has its own studio with a team in charge of this).
