This position involves delivering desktop publishing (DTP) and graphic design projects across a range of marketing and corporate materials. You will be responsible for producing high-quality reports, brochures, regulatory documents, presentations, and social media visuals, ensuring consistency with the company’s corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Desktop Publishing (DTP):

• Prepare and update annual reports, stewardship reports, and regulatory documents.
• Maintain and refresh corporate brochures on a quarterly and ad hoc basis.
• Manage the design and formatting of client-facing documents, including monthly and quarterly disclosures.
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain accuracy.

Graphic Design & Creative Work:

• Create visually compelling designs from concept to final execution based on verbal or written briefs.
• Design and format PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, webinars, and events.
• Develop bespoke brochures and publications as required.
• Retouch and resize banner images, employee portraits, and marketing visuals for digital and print use.
• Design diagrams, charts, tables, and social media graphics to enhance communication materials.
• Produce advertisements and marketing collateral for various campaigns.

Brand & Visual Identity:

• Maintain and update the corporate identity manual to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee the corporate image library, ensuring it is regularly updated for use in presentations, websites, and documents.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a DTP and graphic design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise (to be provided upon request).
• Excellent layout and design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to proofread and edit documents with attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong PowerPoint and Word skills; intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest design software and trends.
