The College of Business at Lehigh University is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our dynamic team as the Graduate Programs Data & Information Manager (Position Number: S77160). This pivotal role will shape the future of our graduate programs, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the student experience.

As the Graduate Programs Data and Information Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and operations of the Graduate Programs Office. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Manage and update academic and administrative records in the Student Information System and CRM systems
2. Compile, analyze, and present data related to student admissions
3. Ensure alignment of the Rules & Procedures of the Faculty with existing university regulations and new initiatives
4. Coordinate academic line scheduling in collaboration with the Senior Director, Program Management & Operations and ensure that course offerings align with departmental and program needs
5. Guide Ph.D. candidates through the graduation and dissertation submission process
6. Coordinate with the registrar's office to ensure that all academic requirements are met for student graduations for all graduate students in the College of Business
7. Lead the academic review process for College of Business graduate students to ensure students meet the required standards for progression and graduation
8. Manage student petitions and assist with the SOGS (Standing on Graduate Students Committee) process, ensuring timely submission and approval of necessary documentation
9. Oversee maintaining and submitting graduate student data for AACSB accreditation requirements on both an annual basis in collaboration with Program Directors and Dean’s Office
10. Collect and organize data for institutional rankings in partnership with the Office of Institutional Data (OID)
11. Serve as a Data Manager for operational level data for the Graduate Programs Office

To thrive in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
2. Three to five years of related work experience
3. Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $65,290-$79,430. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work remote one day per week as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
