Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on a multi-functional role covering Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Buying. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, increasing sales, sourcing products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Growth
Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Manage social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop promotional materials.
Customer Experience & Support
Ensure a seamless and delightful customer journey from ordering to delivery.
Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Develop loyalty programs, referral incentives, and community engagement initiatives.
Work closely with operations and logistics teams to improve service levels.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including B2C and B2B partnerships.
Develop pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive repeat business.
Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the grocery space.
Buying & Inventory Management
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best quality and prices.
Monitor stock levels and demand forecasts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Work with vendors to introduce new and in-demand grocery products.
Ensure all sourced products align with company quality and sustainability standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or procurement, preferably in the grocery or retail sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing sales and customer trends.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
