Graduate Application Support Analyst

My client, a global organization, is looking for a recent computer science or scientific graduate to start their career in an IT Application Support role.

Role: Application Support Analyst – Application support for business applications (LIMS) in a scientific company, serving 600 global users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Application system support for bespoke LIMS applications
2. Maintain knowledge base articles
3. Investigate and document defects
4. Support incident and problem management
5. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
6. Configure lab instrument integrations with LIMS
7. Create scheduled tasks for report distribution
8. Run user audit reports

Requirements:

1. Degree (high grade) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2. A keen scientific AND technology interest
3. Analytical problem-solving skills
4. Strong communication abilities
