We are seeking an accomplished and strategic General Manager of Sales & Marketing to lead our dynamic team. • Sales Management : Develop and implement targeted sales strategies with the sales team, ensuring achievement of sales quotas.
• Performance Tracking : Analyze sales data and present detailed performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
• Export Market Growth : Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in export markets, expanding the company global footprint.
• Financial Oversight : Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.

Skills and Competencies :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior-level sales and marketing experience within the Automotive Aftermarket.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and networking skills.
