Job description

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic General Manager of Sales & Marketing to lead our dynamic team.

This executive role requires a visionary leader to develop and implement cutting-edge sales and marketing strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and drive growth in both domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Development: Craft and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  3. Innovative Marketing: Design and implement impactful marketing plans to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
  4. Customer Relations: Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and decision-making processes.
  5. Sales Management: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies with the sales team, ensuring achievement of sales quotas.
  6. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and present detailed performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
  7. Export Market Growth: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in export markets, expanding the company global footprint.
  8. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
  9. Reporting and Administration: Oversee forecasting, CRM data management, and compile comprehensive sales reports for executive review.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of senior-level sales and marketing experience within the Automotive Aftermarket.
  3. Excellent analytical, communication, and networking skills.
  4. Proven ability to lead meetings and presentations at a senior level.
  5. Passion for sales with a strong understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  6. Strong project management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  8. Good automotive technical knowledge and understanding.
