This team provides the ability to manage advanced distributed processing systems as well as provision large cloud-like infrastructure deployments.

Requirements:

1. 4 to 6 years commercial IT related working experience
2. Experience delivering operations support and services
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
4. Provide Production IT Support
5. Be the telephone call receipt of IT incidents related to production issues
6. Pre-qualify IT incidents and classify additional relationships
7. Fix incidents in IT systems in accordance with User manuals
8. Monitor IT system error messages and process accordingly
9. Provide guidance throughout the Incident management processes
10. Initiate the IT escalation process, when required
11. Process email requests
12. Serve as an "Information channel" for Management and end-users
13. Work shifts as part of a team providing 24 x 7 x 365 support
