Salary: R27 000 CTC per month

Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of experience in either; content creation, writing, reporting, QA related roles or similar positions
  2. Must have very strong written and verbal communication in English; not only linguistically but also able to build and support arguments assertively and eloquently.
  3. Critical thinking, problem solving, time management and organisational skills are essential
  4. Knowledgeable of Google Workspace and/or MOS suite
  5. Experience with data analysis would be a plus
  6. Experience with SQL, HTML, SQL would be desirable
  7. An academic background in any social science would be a plus

Responsibilities

  1. Data analysis and management: Be the expert on the assigned guidelines in order to foresee and pre-empt quality issues and continuously bring improvement to the quality of our data.
  2. Provide a set amount of outputs on a weekly basis, continuously learn new guidelines and adapt to the changes.
  3. Provide high-quality feedback: Review work submitted by a large remote-based workforce and collaborate with team members on a regular basis to write qualitative reports.
  4. Creation and delivery of training material through the creation of eLearning materials, online video production and webinar hosting, to support performance improvement processes.
  5. The role will require a high degree of confidence and experience using internet-based technologies and online research.
  6. Flexibility to adjust to frequent change in line with customer requirements & project evolution.
