George - Retail Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in performing repairs and maintenance on ships, including welding, painting, and general mechanical work
2. Help to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with ship equipment and systems
3. Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient completion of tasks
7. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
3. Basic knowledge of ship repair and maintenance techniques
4. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use various tools and equipment
5. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
7. Good communication and teamwork skills
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
9. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
