The Geographic and Survey Specialist will design, develop, and implement systems and databases to access and store geospatial data. Our innovative and growing company is looking for people who are well-seasoned in ArcGIS and MicroStation.

Owns a Vehicle and has a valid driver's license.
Good knowledge of ArcGIS and MicroStation.
Self-disciplined with attention to detail.
Able to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities working in a fast-paced environment, being a proactive team player, and always maintaining a professional image.
Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for the respective function to deliver technical and operational support and solutions.
Act as a single referral point for the respective function to Frontline services for all ArcGIS and MicroStation requests and solutions.
Respond to Production Critical incidents 24/7.
Resolve Production Critical incidents within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Manage support teams and vendors in line with incident resolution, ensuring they are meeting or exceeding their contractual commitments for services.
Analyse operations to determine opportunities to streamline or automate processes and functions.
Identify recurring problems, then plan and implement business process redesign or automation.
Translate high-level business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the organisation and manage changes to such specifications with proper governance processes (i.e., Demand and Change Management).
Take requirements received through the SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) process.
Demonstrate commercial awareness.
Develop work breakdown plans and teamwork assignments, direct and monitor work efforts daily, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support to customers and relevant stakeholders and carry out system enhancements and development on ArcGIS and MicroStation.
Advanced experience in fault-finding, problem-solving, and diagnosing issues with applications and their related equipment.
Provide support to other applications, occupational health, and safety applications that monitor the plant.
Assist in the business process redesign.
Participate in technical requirement specification sessions for new applications.
Participate in application integrations.
Manage vendors and ensure they meet or exceed their contractual commitments for services and projects.
