General workers wanted at Kindred caregivers

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Workers to join our dynamic team at Kindred Caregivers. The ideal candidates will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting with various tasks and contributing to a positive caring environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general support in caregiving tasks including assisting clients with daily activities.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed.
• Ensure clients' comfort and wellbeing, offering friendly and compassionate assistance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or general support role is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending as necessary.
