General Workers Construction Site

Job Overview:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable general workers to assist in various tasks on a small construction site. The role involves supporting skilled workers, maintaining site cleanliness, and handling materials and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
2. Help skilled workers such as bricklayers, carpenters, and electricians.
3. Perform basic manual tasks such as digging, carrying, and site preparation.
4. Operate basic hand and power tools (under supervision).
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
6. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
7. Assist in mixing cement, laying bricks, and basic plumbing or painting tasks as needed.
8. Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor.
9. Any other general duties assigned by the site manager or foreman.

1. Experience: Prior experience in construction or similar labour-intensive work is an advantage but not required.
2. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to handle manual labour for extended periods.
3. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to 45 years old.
4. Skills: Basic knowledge of construction tasks and materials.
5. Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
6. Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic construction safety and willingness to comply with all safety regulations.
7. Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
8. Language: Basic English language required.

1. Previous experience on a construction site.
2. Knowledge of basic masonry, carpentry, or plumbing.
3. Ability to operate small machinery (such as compactors or concrete mixers).
4. Driver’s license (Code 8 or higher) is a plus.
