1. Financial planning and reporting
2. Providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff
3. Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
4. Sales planning and reporting
5. Divisional financial planning and reporting
6. Continuous management of sales targets
7. Managing a diverse team
8. Continuous motivation of sales staff
9. Achieving monthly targets

Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Driver's License
3. Own Vehicle
4. Sales Management Course or equivalent
5. 15 years in Office Automation, IT or Telecommunications Sales
6. Relevant software or technical skills
7. Sales skills, computer skills and product knowledge
8. Project management
9. Operational knowledge

Salary on offer: R75k Basic Salary + commission
