General Manager - Up to £50,000

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Manager to join a friendly and dynamic team at a fantastic bar/restaurant in the Shoreditch area. We’re seeking someone with experience in high-volume, wet-led venues, along with a strong background in food operations and experience handling private corporate events.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Proven experience in a similar General Manager role is essential
2. Strong understanding of structure, processes, and procedures
3. Solid financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively
4. Excellent service standards and attention to detail
5. Natural leader with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and team development
6. Ability to add a personal touch and build rapport with guests and staff
