Job Summary

As a Salesforce Systems Integrator and Consulting Summit partner, we assist large enterprise clients with their digital transformation on the Salesforce platform. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to play a leading role in designing, implementing, and innovating the highest quality software solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Job Description

As a BlueSky Salesforce Architect, you will:

1. Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
2. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
3. Review solutions and recommend improvements.
4. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
5. Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
6. Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
7. Provide guidance on user story writing style and ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.
8. Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
9. Ensure documentation of the steps for testing.
10. Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
11. Collaborate on project and workstream planning.

Required Qualifications And Background

• At least 2 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects.
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.
• Minimum Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder.
