Experience in housekeeping and maintenance management
Good financial management and planning skills

Valid driver's license
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance coordination with suppliers
Monthly budget planning and liaison with owner
Human Resources management of a team of 7
General administration and operational management
Task planning, delegation, and follow-up
Meter readings of water and electricity usage
Stock control and management
Construction experience and management of ongoing projects
Overseeing hospitality manager and guest accommodation
