Well established Security Company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Cape Town. This is a senior leadership role requiring expertise in managing Security Officers, alarm systems, and CCTV monitoring, with a strong focus on sales growth and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring high standards of service.
• Manage and support teams of Security Officers, ensuring effective deployment and performance.
• Oversee alarm and CCTV reactive monitoring services, ensuring efficiency and rapid response.
• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
• Maintain a direct working relationship with our UK office, ensuring seamless communication and strategy alignment.
• Ensure compliance with local security regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the security industry (Security Officers, alarms, and CCTV reactive alert-based monitoring ).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• A sales-driven mindset, with experience in growing business revenue.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong link with the UK office.
• Knowledge of South African security regulations and industry best practices.
