General Manager

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee our client's operations in the Eastern Cape region.

Based in Port Elizabeth, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will play a key role in the success and profitability of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations
2. Develop and implement business strategies
3. Drive business growth and profitability
4. Ensure operational excellence and efficiency
5. Provide leadership and direction to the team
6. Play an active role in growing the Food Services Client base

If you have a background in Packaging, FMCG/Retail/Wholesale/Supply Chain, Transport/Logistics/Freight, and Chemical sectors, along with very strong managerial skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications and proven experience in a General Manager role in the Food Services/FMCG/Retail Sectors are imperative.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in an FMCG, Food Services Industry.
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in a Management Position.
