General Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and coordinate production pricing, sales and distribution activities
2. Oversee development of plans, process improvement and performance monitoring
3. Assign work schedules and duties to direct reports
4. Review financial statements, sales and performance data to ensure goal achievement
5. Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
6. Implement departmental goals, policies, and processes
7. Oversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in coordination with HR
8. Ensure compliance with regulation, legislations, and policies
9. Maintain sound employee relations and productive work culture
10. Ensure efficient service delivery and resolve operational problems
11. Translate business plans into actions to achieve sales and revenue targets
12. Manage and develop sales executives, ensuring client satisfaction
13. Formulate and implement client strategies to meet sales goals
14. Provide input for and approve annual budgets
15. Control all departmental resources within budget guidelines
16. Compile and present budget reports to the MD
17. Oversee revenue expenses as well as cashflow management

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma within Logistics industry
2. Degree or Diploma in Financial Management or equivalent
3. Minimum 8-10 years' experience in a similar position
4. Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Financial Management
