General Deboning Manager
Job description
- Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience working in Production Management
- Must have 3 to 5 years Managerial experience in a similar position managing a team of more than 50 employees
Qualifications:
- BSc Food Science | Food Technology or Relevant Tertiary Education will be advantageous
- Food | Fire | Health Safety Certification will be beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and HACCP Standards
- Must have Red Meat Processing Industry experience | Production and Deboning | Abattoir Costing
- Proficient in MS Office | Abaserve or Meat Matrix
- Minimum Code 10 Drivers License Essential | Code 14 will be advantageous
