Full Stack Web Developer (Team Lead)

Requirements:

1. 10+ years full stack development experience
2. 5+ years B2C experience (e-commerce, travel, service, etc)
3. 3+ years as a team lead / project manager / product manager
4. Technologies: PHP, CSS, JavaScript
5. Ability to think strategically i.e. propose new ideas where development / technology can contribute to strategic organisation objectives
6. Ability to present ideas clearly
7. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
9. Ability to provide guidance, support, and mentorship
10. Ability to work independently
11. Attention to detail and diligence
12. High degree of perseverance
13. Self-awareness and accurate self-assessment
14. Good communicator
