Location: Fully Remote (South Africa Only)
Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Develop & Optimize: Build robust, scalable back-end solutions for web-based applications.

• Front-End Integration: Seamlessly integrate back-end systems with intuitive front-end components.

• Mentor & Lead: Guide and inspire junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Raise the Bar: Advocate for high coding standards and champion innovative solutions.

• Strategize: Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Mid-Senior or Senior level with proven experience in back-end development.

• Demonstrated success in web-based projects, preferably in agency environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in .NET and related technologies.

• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

• Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic, scalable applications.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills to effectively mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams.

• A proactive, solutions-driven approach to challenges.

Mindset:

• A passion for problem-solving and innovation.

• Enthusiastic about creating new ideas and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Location:

• South African citizenship or valid work permit required.
