Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer position available in Stellenbosch.

This unique role blends technical expertise with business analysis, allowing you to create seamless data experiences and collaborate with diverse teams.

Type: Permanent.

Salary: R50 000 – R70 000 CTC per month.

Area: Hybrid in Stellenbosch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Backend Development:

• Developing and maintaining applications using PHP (Laravel knowledge is a plus)
• Managing and optimising databases (MySQL / MariaDB) for performance and efficiency
• Enhancing UI/UX using JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, jQuery, or React.js)

Integrations & APIs:

• Building and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless third-party integrations
• Working with Shopify API, Google Sheets API, Zapier, and other workflow automation tools
• Implementing OAuth, Webhooks, and API authentication best practices

DevOps & Security:

• Managing Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS) and troubleshooting Apache/Nginx configurations
• Using Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development
• Implementing basic cybersecurity practices (SSL, data encryption, access controls)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript, with experience in Laravel and Vue.js / React.js.
• Experience with SuiteCRM / SugarCRM (Customisation, Module Development, Workflow Automation).
• Expertise in API development and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps and cybersecurity best practices.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
