FTTB Sales Agent

Cool Ideas is looking for dynamic, energetic salesperson(s) to join our Fibre to the Business (FTTB) Team.

We require agents in the Gauteng and Western Cape region.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years demonstrable sales experience
2. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
3. Must be driven to achieve monthly sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Cold calling.
2. Closing new deals.
3. Client management and client satisfaction.
4. Attending to client/sales meetings, customer complaints, and concerns.
5. Requesting quotes from Fibre Network Operators and quoting clients correctly.
6. Following internal sales processes to effectively service potential clients.
7. Assisting service delivery and ensuring the deal is closed off.
8. Sales reporting and administration.
9. Educating clients on our products, support, and offerings.
10. Ensure client satisfaction through excellent client service.
11. Account management.
