FTC Credit Controller - NRC Credit Control

We are seeking a qualified, goal-driven, and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Credit Controller. As part of the team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes and contributing to the overall success of NRC.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

1. Monthly management of debtors book current, ageing
2. Monthly management of debtors queries in accordance with the CC process and existing department standard
3. Monthly management of medical aid remittances in accordance with the process and existing department standard
4. Any ad-hoc duties as and when required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 numeracy and literacy
• Sound knowledge and experience relating to debtors administration and credit control in the private healthcare environment
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology will be to your advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Pastel
• Computer literacy essential (MS Office Suite)
