The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating front office activities.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification
At least 5 years experience in a 5* Hotel
Opera / Protel experience
Office Administration and Front Office skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in managing customer interactions
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
