Role Overview: As the Front Office Manager, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring that every guest’s stay is smooth and unforgettable. You’ll manage front desk operations, supervise the front office team, and coordinate closely with other departments to maintain the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out experiences
Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate room reservations, manage billing, and ensure accurate record-keeping
Monitor guest feedback and initiate improvements to enhance service quality
Work closely with other departments to ensure a well-rounded guest experience
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front office or guest relations role within luxury hospitality
Strong leadership skills and a warm, guest-oriented approach
Organisational prowess, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player with a proactive attitude and a professional demeanour
Perks of the Position:
Salary: R13,000, negotiable based on experience
Accommodation: Optional live-in accommodation available if required
