Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management of front office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
Supervise and support the front desk team, ensuring high professionalism and service.
Manage guest relations, address complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service across the hotel.
Monitor and manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
Oversee the training and development of front office staff to enhance performance.
Assist with preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements:
SA citizen.
Recent experience in front-office management of a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Apex or similar).
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
