Job Description

Very busy Italian Cafe style Restaurant in Nelspruit is looking for a front of house manager. Must have 3 or more years' experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken with exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant opening & closing procedures required.

Duties will include:

1. Staff management
2. Stock control
3. Complaints handling

Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic.

Salary: R 12 – 15 K net
