1. Lead the Fresh Foods Departments: Oversee daily operations, including the management of fresh produce, butchery, bakery, and deli.

1. Grade 12
2. 2 - 3 years' experience / training in foods retail and management of resources.
3. Experience managing fresh foods in a supermarket, café, or eatery environment.

2. A deep knowledge of food safety, quality control, and inventory management.
