Freelance IT Service Desk Specialist (As Needed Basis)

We are seeking a Freelance IT Service Desk Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience in IT systems, hardware, and software support.
