FRAIL CARE GENERAL MANAGER / MATRON (Registered Nurse)
The successful person will be a registered nurse, experienced in managing a frail care centre / old aged home.
The Frail Care General Manager / Matron will manage a staff (Registered Nurses and Trained Caregivers) working a day and night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that all residents in the old aged home and care centre are receiving holistic care in respect of their physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
Responsible for administration and new admissions of frail care
Direct responsibility for maintaining occupancy and service levels of the Frail Care
Maintaining and being abreast with all nursing policies and procedures
Actively manage Frail Care procedures and standards (for example, bed statistics etc.) and policies for the highest quality assurance
Management of nursing staff's leave, absenteeism and timekeeping
Desired Skills:
Skilled in MS Office - Word
Excel and PowerPoint
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
