About the Role:

Live Your Song is seeking a Fractional Chief Operations Officer (COO) to support operational strategy, scalability, and efficiency. The Fractional COO will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational execution across all programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to support the organization’s growth.

Oversee and refine internal processes for program delivery, partnerships, and business operations.

Provide leadership in strategic planning, goal-setting, and execution.

Optimize financial and operational efficiency in alignment with organizational goals.

Support hiring, training, and onboarding processes for key roles.

Act as a key advisor to leadership on operational best practices.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in operations, preferably in education, non-profit, or youth development sectors.

Strong background in business operations, strategic planning, and leadership.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute efficiently.

Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. However, for the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for a future employment offer.
