• Valid Forklift Licence or Reach Truck Licenses.
• A minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as a forklift operator.
• Experience in the Retail Industry is beneficial.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• No criminal record.
• Excellent attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Excellent physical condition and coordination.
• Matric.
• Driver's licence.

Duties

• Loading and unloading goods from a variety of vehicles.
• Moving pallet-packed materials around the site or storage facility.
• Checking and ensuring loads are secure.
• Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Following written instructions and keeping records.
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
• Completing physical tasks quickly and accurately.
• Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Inspecting machinery to determine the need for repairs and ensuring safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Complying with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Helping maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Assisting in and around the warehouse with the product/materials.
• General warehouse duties.
