Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruiting managers to comprehend each role’s requirements and communicate with the managers regularly to understand their recruiting needs
Use employment sites and professional contacts to find and connect with potential prospects
Find applicants from a variety of sources
Post job openings on job portals
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements for each position
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify those who possess the required skills and qualifications
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
Develop a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process for successful candidates
Post job openings to job boards as well as expatriation and relocation focused social media communities
Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for foreign language candidates
Collaborate with our sourcing team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates
Utilize data driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment processes
