POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, including 1 year managing a restaurant within a hotel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering operations.
Manage and train staff, ensuring excellent service and compliance with safety standards.
Develop menus with the chef, manage stock, and control costs.
Handle guest feedback and implement improvements.
Monitor financial performance, including budgets and F&B sales.
Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor laws, and local regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
Minimum 3 years in F&B, with 1 year in hotel restaurant management.
NQF 6 in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or similar from an accredited institution.
Experience
Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
