What is required:

  • Lead the Charge: Plan, direct, and coordinate all food and beverage activities to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Drive Success: Maintain restaurant revenue and profitability while upholding top-notch quality standards.
  • Manage with Flair: Oversee daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring compliance with concepts and standards.
  • Cost Control Guru: Organize daily restaurant operations with an eye on cost control while providing an exceptional experience.

Minimum requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent; an accommodation certificate or hotel school diploma is a plus!
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel environment.
  • F&B Savvy: Familiarity with all duties and procedures in the F&B department is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) is a must; experience with Opera is a bonus!
