Job Description

Expanding and growth of the business unit in order to reach the strategic goals of the VKB Group.

Requirements

1. Grade 12 or NQF4
2. Relevant tertiary qualification will serve as recommendation
3. 3 Years previous experience in the agricultural retail industry
4. Willing to work afterhours when required
5. Computer literate in the MS Office Package
6. Willing to undergo continuous training

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Financial management of business unit
2. Stock management including merchandising, management of stock levels, ordering, claims and stock taking
3. Personnel management including mentoring of staff
4. General management to ensure all VKB Policies are applied
5. Excellent customer service including dealing with queries and complaints
6. Ability to be creative in striving to continuously exceed goals and targets
7. Ensure business unit comply with all relevant legislation
8. Continuously adding value to the industry through reaching the organisations' strategic and operational goals
