VERY URGENT Minimum requirements :

• Matric
• Code 14 and PDP
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the bus industry as a supervisor or team leader (drivers / manager)
• Management of depot supervisors and drivers
• Compiling depot reports from supervisors
• Ensuring validity of PDPs and bus roadworthy certificates of all drivers and supervisors
• Training supervisors and drivers on customer service and driver conduct
• Coordinating service schedules for buses with fleet controller and fleet maintenance supervisor
• Ensuring compliance with company clocking and onboarding systems of supervisors and drivers
• Ensuring drivers and supervisors adhere to SLA requirements for scholar transport in the depots
• Addressing and resolving supervisors’ managerial problems
• Advising supervisors on driver selection for private hire
• Coordinating pre-trip planning with supervisors and fleet controller
• Submission of pre- and post-trip inspection sheets of drivers to fleet controller
• Reporting driver performance and supervisors to management at the head office
• Assisting fleet maintenance supervisor or fleet controller as and when required
