Job Title: Fleet & Logistics Manager

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fleet & Logistics Manager to join a leading construction company. As the Fleet & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fleet operations and logistics activities within the construction industry. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
2. Manage vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and replacement
3. Oversee logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
4. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
5. Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
6. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
7. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
8. Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Fleet & Logistics Manager in the construction industry
2. Strong knowledge of fleet management and logistics operations
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
4. Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
6. Strong leadership and communication skills
