Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests on board the cruise ship
- Create unique and visually appealing cocktails using a combination of traditional bartending techniques and flair bartending techniques
- Engage and entertain guests with your flair bartending skills, creating a fun and memorable experience for them
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures, as well as company policies and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other members of the bar and beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your bartending and flair skills
- Adhere to all alcohol serving laws and regulations, ensuring responsible and safe service to guests
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Flare Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Proven experience in flair bartending, with the ability to perform tricks and routines while maintaining a safe and professional environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel for extended periods of time
